Fees for Services
Sliding fee scales and flexible payment plans are available upon request. As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with superbill receipts, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that the reimbursement amount may vary depending on your insurance policy.
- Individual Session (50 minutes): $100
- Couples/Family (50 minutes): $125
Child Therapy
At Finding Wellness, Child Therapy service focuses on:
- Helping children navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. By providing a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment to encourage children to express their thoughts and feelings freely
- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian approach), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Experiential Family Therapy modalities will be used to promote healing, growth, and provide nurturing environment for the children and their families
Adult Therapy
At Finding Wellness, Adult Therapy service focuses on:
- Serving a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma
- Evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy (MBCT) will be used to provide efficient care
- My goal is to provide a confidential, safe, and empathetic space where adults can openly share their concerns and work towards overall personal growth, wellness, and healing
Family and Couples Therapy
At Finding Wellness, Family and Couple Therapy service focuses on:
- Improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Whether dealing with marital issues, parenting challenges, or extended family dynamics
- With the use of systemic therapy approaches to understand and address the underlying patterns affecting the family unit
- Through collaborative, Narrative, Gottman method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy for families and couples to help build healthier, more resilient relationships and foster a positive environment at personal and professional lives
Youth Therapy
At Finding Wellness, Youth Therapy service focuses on:
- Navigating the complex emotional, social, and academic challenges of adolescence
- Providing a safe and supportive environment where teens can freely express their thoughts and feelings
- I will be using eclectic therapy approach such as: CBT, Mindfulness Based (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to each individual's unique needs
